There have been quite a few first for us this year! However this is this biggest of them all... at least to me. Savannah starting high school. Yes our "little" bean is a freshman at Mukwonago High. Yikes! She was pretty excited to start, and a little nervous too. We went to the orientation for the freshmen so that helped. She was able to check out her locker, look for a few classes and learn some about the school. We also are experiencing early morning seminary for the first time. Lucky for us it is at the high school so we just have to drop her off for it (it used to be at the church which is 20 min. away!) Just hard to believe that she is old enough to be in high school. Does that mean I'm old enough to have a high schooler???? Darn!
Harper and Phoenix not really thrilled about getting their picture taken. Harper will be in 6th grade and Phoenix in 2nd grade. This year will be our first year will ALL the kids in school!
