Johnny Lingo has come to barter for his bride Muhauna (spelling?). Everyone in the village thinks Muhuana is of little worth and that maybe her father should offer a cow to Johnny to take her off his hands. Johnny knew how the women in town talked about how many cows were typically offered. In this version of the story just to get a cow meant the woman was very valuable. Well Johnny offered 8 cows for Muhauna - thus showing the village how valuable she was to him.
Well today during the normal hustle and bustle of getting everyone out the door, Rick made a comment to the boys about how nice their mom was for making their lunch. So our little charmer Marek chimes in and says "You're an 8 cow woman mom". We all got a good chuckle out of it! Of course it was a sweet thing for him to say. That is Marek to a T. He always knows what to say to the ladies, and his mom! Most of the time it doesn't work on Mom, but this time it did! What a cutie!
