Craig's List

We recently discovered Craig's list and now I am a huge fan!! We have been doing some re-arranging in the house to create more space and make better use of what we have. So the girls got a new bunk bed set and we decided to sell Savannah's loft bed & Talia's toddler bed. So we listed Savannah's bed on Criag's list for $300 on a thursday afternoon. It was gone by Saturday morning for $275!! So then I listed Talia's bed for $60 (which we only paid $50 for it- but we included the mattress cover and some sheets). It was gone the same day I listed for $60! So far we haven't sold our box spring, but we do have a few more items to sell that we will probably list very soon. We also have some friends that have been trying to sell their house and they posted their open house on Craig's list and what do you know... they sold it! That is the 2nd person we know of that has sold their house on Craig's list! We are now huge fans ourselves!!
